EDWARD D. TRIBUZIO, M.D. - Medical Director

Dr. Tribuzio has a lengthy history at Quality Health having been affiliated since 1984. Dr. Tribuzio accepted the role of Medical Director in 2002. Along with his credentials for Family Practice Medicine, he is board certified in Geriatrics. He hails originally from New York but has resided in Jacksonville for many years.

Stephen Jordan, LNHA - Administrator

Stephen came to Quality Health in January 2009, after serving as a Nursing Home Administrator in Georgia for the past four years. He recieved his Bachelor of Science from Auburn University in 1996, and has been employed in the healthcare field for the majority of the time since.

PRECILLA VALDEZ, DON, RN, BSN - Director of Nursing

Born and raised in Manila, Philippines. Graduated High School at National Teachers College, Manila, Philippines. Nursing Preparattory at far Eastern University. Nursing Internships at Orates University, Manila, Philippines. Graduated with Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Arellano, Manila, Philippines. Worked at Riyadle Medical Center, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for 8 years. Then came to the United States and joined Quality Health of Fernandina Beach in 1996.

PAMELA K. STEVERSON, R.N., B.C., MHA, MBA, CDONA/Doctoral Candidate Business Administration - Director of Quality Improvement

Pam has been associated with Quality Health for the past 18 years working as a LPN, RN, Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing and for the past 9 years as Director of Quality Improvement working out of our corporate office in Memphis. She visits Quality Health quarterly identifying opportunities for improvement. She is certified as a geriatric nurse by the American Nurses Association (ANA). She holds a certification as a director of nursing in long term care from the National Association of Directors of Nursing Administration (NADONA). She is currently working on her dissertation to complete her Ph.D. in Business Administration.
